Yukon Quest '08Monday, February 18, 2008Pelly again
Brent just came in few minutes ago. He was up and feeling better. The dogs had lot of rest and all look very good. He said they carried him when he couldn't go. He had some cookies at Stepping Stone and kept them down so is feeding dogs and planning on trying to eat. Said he had nothing left including energy for while and had to stop. Going to rest for little while and see how it goes. Will update when he leaves.

Glad to hear that you made it to Pelly. I was beginning to worry, 'cause, like B-buk said, "following you in the race has become a bit of an obsession." You and the dogs are awesome. I hope you feel strong and ready to rock and roll again after a rest.

If checking the websites every twenty minutes qualifies as an obsession then I guess I too am a bit obsessed with following your race! So glad to get reports that you and the dogs are back on the trail and going for it! Take care of yourself and be safe and well.
